We develop and operate applications, marketing tools, chatbots, analytics systems, and integrations that connect with Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
2) Information We Collect via Meta Platforms
Subject to your permissions and Meta’s policies, we may collect:

- Phone number / WhatsApp number
- Facebook / Instagram User ID
- Public profile information (as allowed by Meta)
- Messages sent via Messenger or Instagram Direct
- Lead form responses (Facebook Lead Ads / Instant Forms)
- Ad interaction data (clicks, submissions) and aggregated insights
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless you voluntarily provide it.
3) How We Use This Information
We use Meta-sourced data strictly to:
- Provide and operate our applications and services
- Respond to messages, inquiries, and leads
- Enable marketing, communication, and automation workflows
- Improve app functionality, performance, and user experience

10) Data Deletion Instructions (Meta Requirement)
You can request deletion of any personal data we may have received from Meta platforms.
- Email us at hello@southwindholdings.co with subject line:
Meta Data Deletion Request - Include your full name and the email/phone number you used on the lead form or to contact us.
- If relevant, include your Facebook/Instagram profile link or User ID (optional).
We will verify your request and delete data where applicable in accordance with Meta policies and applicable law.
Optional: You may also request removal of permissions from within your Facebook settings: Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove access for our app (if applicable).
